I will come to your office and will set up your books correctly. I will show you how to make entries so that you will be able to get the information you need to help you make good management decisions.

Whenever I help a company set up their books, I have a goal. This goal is to train the person(s) doing the books so well, that you won't need my services anymore, except if you run into an unusual situation.

I can help you during the interview process so that the bookkeeper you hire is qualified and has the necessary skills to make the QuickBooks' entries correctly. I also can show you how to protect sensitive areas of QuickBooks by using passwords.

This enables your bookkeeper to work in the areas you designate, but the bookkeeper is not able to run financial reports or get other data you want to keep private regarding your business.

And I provide technical support, in person, in your store as part of the complete package. I was a retailer for 17+ years.
